This Privacy Policy explains how Tuple Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Copywriting MCP, including the website at https://copywriting.sh and the hosted MCP server at https://mcp.copywriting.sh (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide
- Account and contact data: your name (if provided) and email address, used to create your account, deliver your access key, and provide support.
- Payment information: processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We retain a payment-processor customer identifier and whether your purchase is active.
- Copy you submit: text you send to the scoring and analysis tools ("Your Content") is processed to return a score or analysis.

1.2 Information collected automatically
- Log and usage data: standard server logs (such as IP address, request metadata, and timestamps) generated by our hosting provider, plus access-key verification events, used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- First-party analytics: we measure how our own pages and features are used (page views, clicks, and feature usage) with events tied to a random identifier stored in your browser. IP addresses in these events are stored only as salted hashes. This data is processed by us, on our own infrastructure, and is never shared with or collected by any third-party analytics service.
- Cookies: we use essential cookies to support sign-in sessions. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to provide, maintain, and secure the Service; to process purchases and issue access keys; to send transactional email (access-key delivery, sign-in links, and support); and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Service Providers (Subprocessors)

We share limited information with providers that help us operate the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Railway — application hosting and infrastructure.
- MongoDB Atlas — storage of account records (email, payment-processor customer identifier, and access status).
These providers process data on our behalf and are bound to protect it.

4. Data Retention

We keep account records for as long as your access is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. Copy you submit to the scoring tools is processed to generate results and is not retained by us beyond the request. You may request deletion of your account data (see Contact).

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at eddy@tupledevelopment.com.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. International Users

We operate in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified by email.
